These little tea lights are just great! I wasn't sure if I would like them as opposed to real candles but they are so realistic and you don't have to worry about fires. And, they last about 72 hours. With the replacement batteries included, this is a real bargain. I used them in our Halloween pumpkins and didn't have to worry about the wind blowing out the flame. Great gift.

The photo I see for this item shows retail packaging with 12 candles inside. I received a wrapped, small USPS priority shipping box- not shipped priority, as I recall- with loose candles.
I had hoped to receive these before Halloween, at the beginning of their delivery range. They were postmarked at the beginning of the delivery range, and I received them at the end of the range. It was within the delivery range, so I can't complain, but I was surprised it took almost a week to get these to me.
The product itself? With the unexpected packaging, I wondered if they were new. I believe they are- they still have the plastic pull tabs in them. Since they arrived after Halloween, I haven't used them much. I've only taken out two, and they work fine. They do give off a yellow light though.

We used the tealights in glass voltive containers with velium printed with hearts and the bride and grooms names. It made a wonderful table decoration and gave off a glow like a candle would with the fire hazard. We also painted rose bowls with iridescent paint and put iridescent shred in them and nestled the tealights in the shred. More wonderful table decoration we also placed some in windows for a warm glow from the outside.
